Step #1

INTEREST
Please fill out the BYOG interest form so I'm able to learn key details about your business, branding and overall gifting goals.

Step #2

COMMUNICATION
You’ll be emailed the BYOG catalog which contains gift items complimenting your branding and ordering instructions within 1-3 business days.

Step #3

THE FUN PART
It’s time to go shopping! Mix and match items to build your perfect gift combination. Submit your order form to send your gifts into production.

Step #4

ORDER CONFIRMATION + RETAINER
A 50% Retainer Fee is required for all orders. Upon receipt of your order form, you will receive an order confirmation detailing your project as well as a link for the retainer payment.

Step #5

ASSEMBLY
Once the retainer has been received, your order will move into production! Orders typically ship within 5-7 business days. I do have a 5 box minimum for all orders, and I’m happy to hold these boxes in the studio to ship out as needed!

DELIVERY
I handle all of the details from start to finish so the only thing you have to do is sit back, relax and prep yourself for all of the amazing feedback you'll get once your clients receive their gifts. Upon completion, you will be sent a final invoice with tracking information.

Common Questions When Building Your Own Gifts Boxes

  • There is a minimum of 5 total gifts per order. You can choose to ship them all at once or store them in Wood & Co’s studio to be drop shipped as needed. I just ask that all gifts are sent out within 6 months of your order.

  • Gifts in the Build Your Own Gifts catalog have a recommended minimum of $30. Usually, our customers average $75-$100 per gift which typically allows for 3-5 unique gift items.

  • You can do either! You can choose to ship all of your gifts at one time to one or multiple locations to meet your specific delivery date OR you can choose to have your gifts drop shipped as needed within six months of placing your order. Directions on how to request drop shipments will be provided if you choose to store and ship your gifts.

  • I’m happy to provide an emailed proof prior to production. There is a $10 proof charge that will be added to your project total. You can select the proof option on your order form.


    Two rounds of revisions are included in your proof fee. Any additional design revisions will incur a $5 charge.

  • Your gifting catalog details which packaging options and individual items have branding and personalization capabilities; as well as the method in which they will be decorated (vinyl, laser engraving, printed, etc) so that you can envision your final gifts clearly when making your gift selections. Please keep in mind, not every item offered within the Wood & Co Build Your Own Gifts catalog is able to be decorated. These will be noted accordingly in the product description.

  • All packages are shipped via USPS ground unless otherwise requested by the client. Additional charges for priority mail, international shipping, shipping via UPS or Fed Ex will be agreed upon and invoiced accordingly prior to production.

  • USPS ground shipping has been included in your gift’s price. Additional shipping charges may be incurred if shipping via different carriers, expedited shipping is needed or shipping internationally.

  • Yes! Each statement/final invoice will include tracking information for each shipment.

  • Yes! You can mix and match any gifting items offered in your catalog to create the ideal gift combination for each recipient. Please just be sure to make detailed notes on your incoming order form.

  • Typically, gifts ship within 5-7 business days after order receipt. However, production time is dependent on the following: the overall size and scope of the requested gifting project, Wood & Co’s current production schedule and capacity and any client specified delivery deadlines. Shipping dates, shipping methods, drop shipment schedules and any potential rush charges will be clearly communicated in your order confirmation and agreed upon prior to production.

  • As much as I would love to accommodate adding items you’ve already procured for your marketing initiatives, this option is only available when you select The Custom Experience.
