The Custom Experience is the easiest way to wow your clients, guests or team members at your next upcoming special event by implementing branded swag, event decor and branded add-on experiences. 

Due to the extraordinary amount of details involved in sourcing and creating items with such a customizable nature, the Custom Experience requires a $99 retainer fee to begin your project. (This retainer fee will be applied towards your order.)

A $250 Minimum Is Required For All Custom Experience Projects.

Please allow a minimum of 4-6 weeks for planning, production and delivery for most Custom Experience orders.

Once we’ve determined that I’m able to help you reach your gifting goals, we can schedule a complimentary phone or Zoom chat to discuss your gifting plan in more details.

Step #3

RETAINER
Once you’ve decided you’d like to get gifting with Wood + Co, simply sign, return and pay the project retainer fee (which will be applied to your order once your final selections are made and your gifts go into production). Any further questions that need to be answered or details that need to be discussed about your gifting project will be handled prior to the next step.

Step #4

PROPOSAL
This is when I pull out all the stops to curate your custom gift catalog which includes recommended packaging options, branded and non-branded gift items, decoration recommendations and shipping options for your final consideration.

Step #5

APPROVAL
We’ll work together closely to finalize your product selections and design options to ensure you’re 100% thrilled with the outcome. Simply submit your final order form, proof approval and payment for 50% of your total order to start the production process.

Step #6

PRODUCTION + DELIVERY
Now for the best part! Your project will be scheduled based on availability and any requested delivery dates. I handle all of the details (including decorating, packing and shipping/final delivery) so you have more time to focus on your business. The only thing you have to do is prep yourself for all of the amazing feedback you'll get once your clients receive their gifts.

Common Questions When Using The Custom Experience

  • There is not a minimum for a specific amount of items purchased during The Custom Experience. Instead I require a minimum total project spend of $250.

  • Gifts included in the Custom Experience have a recommended minimum of $50. Our customers typically average $75-$150 per gift which usually allows for 3-5 unique gift items per gift box.

  • Due to the amount of details involved when planning a special event, I’m unable to provide an average price point per event. The minimum starts at $250 for the total event project. Detailed pricing will be provided in your special event proposal.

  • You can do either! You can choose to ship all of your gifts at one time to one or multiple locations to meet your specific delivery date OR you can choose to have your gifts drop shipped as needed within six months of placing your order. Directions on how to request drop shipments will be provided if you choose to store and ship your gifts.

  • I’m happy to include items you might already have in your inventory when planning your projects for an additional fulfillment charge. This is the perfect add on option for business owners who have a private stock of marketing inserts, training workbooks, branded swag, etc. If you’re hoping to include your items, we can discuss details during our initial planning call.

  • Yes, a proof will be provided via email prior to production.

    The Custom Experience includes unlimited rounds of design changes.

  • Your custom proposal details which packaging options and individual items have branding and personalization capabilities; as well as the method in which they will be decorated (vinyl, laser engraving, printed, etc) so that you can envision your final gifts clearly when making your gift selections. Please keep in mind, not every item suggested is able to be decorated. These will be noted accordingly in the product description.

  • All packages are shipped via USPS ground unless otherwise requested by the client. Additional charges for priority mail, international shipping, shipping via UPS or Fed Ex will be agreed upon and invoiced accordingly prior to production.

  • Due to the truly custom nature of the Custom Experience projects, shipping will be charged separately per order.

  • Yes! You will receive an email including tracking information for each shipment sent out.

  • The current lead time for a custom proposal is 2-3 weeks from your initial inquiry. Once your final selections have been made and your proof has been approved, typical production time averages 7-10 business days.

    However, production time is dependent on the following: the overall size and scope of the requested project, Wood & Co’s current production schedule and capacity and any client specified delivery deadlines. Shipping dates, shipping methods, drop shipment schedules and any potential rush charges will be clearly communicated in your order confirmation and agreed upon prior to production.
