I know how overwhelming it can be when determining your gifting budget and want every business owner to be able to send branded gifts to their clients without having to make a huge investment. I’m proud to offer several gifting options so you can do just that!
There are no “rules,” but I usually recommend businesses spend 5-10% of a client’s investment on their gift. That means for a $1,000 project, you’d want to budget for a client gift between $50 and $100.
I also encourage my customers to think about what they’d like to budget per gift and then build that into the overall cost when in the planning stages for your next sales plan, service offer or program. You can eliminate the stress of forfeiting a percentage of each sale by including your gifting budget when planning your overall client experience on the front end.
Don’t forget: When you spend $25+ on a client gift that has your logo on it, you can write off the total value of the gift as a marketing expense!

There are several methods of decoration I use when including branding on packaging and gift items. I use a combination of high quality permanent vinyl and laser engraving to bring your branding to life on our gift items that offer customization. While I’m unable to provide an exact match to your PMS or HEX colors when decorating with vinyl, I will always do my best to use a vinyl color that is as close a match as possible.

I require a one color SVG or PNG logo file with transparent background for branded items. You will be asked to upload the file you would like to use via drop box via a link on your order form.

Build Your Own Gifts: if you’d like to request a proof prior to production, please indicate this on your order form. There will be an additional $10 proof charge that includes up to 2 rounds of revisions. Any additional revisions will be charged at $5 each.
The Custom Experience: includes a complimentary proof with unlimited revisions.

All packages are shipped via USPS ground unless otherwise requested by the client. Additional charges for priority mail, international shipping, shipping via UPS or Fed Ex will be agreed upon and invoiced accordingly prior to production.

Build Your Own Gifts – USPS ground shipping has been included in the gift’s price. Additional shipping charges may be incurred when using alternate shipping methods (see question above).
Special Event & The Custom Experience - shipping is charged separately because it is determined by the overall weight and size of the complete order. All shipping estimates and charges will be discussed and agreed upon prior to production. Shipping charges will be included on your final invoice which will be sent after your order has shipped.

It’s up to you! You can choose to ship all of your gifts at one time to one or multiple locations to meet your specific delivery date OR you can choose to have your gifts drop shipped as needed within our six month gifting partnership - simply submit a re-order form for each drop shipment as needed.

Production time is dependent on the following: the overall size and scope of the requested gifting project, Wood & Co’s current production schedule and capacity and any client specified delivery deadlines. Shipping dates, shipping methods, drop shipment schedules and any potential rush charges will be clearly communicated and agreed upon prior to production. Typically, Build Your Own Gifts ship within 5-7 business days of order receipt. Please allow 4-6 weeks for planning and production when selecting The Custom Experience.

Some items, such as drinkware and apparel, do require special care when decorated with vinyl. I recommend that any drinkware decorated with vinyl be hand washed only. I also recommend any apparel be washed inside out to ensure the vinyl’s longevity. Not to worry, I send instructional care cards with each item to ensure your gift recipients know how to best care for their new gifts.

Yes, I think sending a custom note to your customer is one of the best things you can do to let them know how much you appreciate them.

As much as I would love to accommodate adding items you’ve already procured for your gifting initiatives, this add on option is only available when you select The Custom Experience.

I do everything I can to ensure a smooth and stress free delivery but some things are simply out of my control. Packages can get lost or damaged in transit. You will receive tracking information for each package I send on your behalf. If you encounter a problem or delay in final shipment, please contact me directly. I do not offer refunds on branded merchandise but will work with you to come up with a solution that is beneficial to all parties involved.
